Winter Warranty Extension

Iron Cross Audio understands that even Harley riders have a limit on when they can or will ride.  We also realize that a 6 month warranty in parts of the country where your bike is parked for 3 months is a bit unfair.  In order to help our customers get the most out of their warranty, we are introducing the "Winter Warranty Extension".

If your basic 6 month warranty or extended 1 year warranty includes the months of December, January, and February, your warranty qualifies for the extension consideration.

If your bike is registered in a zip code where the average daytime high is below 45 degrees for any of these three months, we will extend your warranty for those months.

As an example, a customer in Albany NY who has his radio repaired in September would have his warranty extended for the months of December, January, and February.  The warranty, therefore, would run through May.

Temperature averages are determined using the seasonal averages assigned to specific zip codes posted by Weather Underground.  Every consideration will be given to our customers, but all decisions made by Iron Cross Audio regarding the extension will be final.
